I would say the machine has increased my capacity to cut precision goods at a high rate of speed by at least 30 – 50% over the old machine. I would recommend a Pathfinder to anyone that needs to cut quantity and quality.
If it wears out, which I can’t see that happening anytime soon, I would definitely buy another!
Classic Cushions realises high speed productivity
Classic Cushions and Umbrellas by Roger’s Cushions Inc. began manufacturing quality cushions and umbrellas in 1980.
The company is 100% family owned and operated by Thomas and Pamela Hiers-Butz.
Thomas’ thoughts on owning a Pathfinder are clear: “I purchased a Pathfinder cutting machine over 4 years ago. To date, all I can say is that its been really good! My factory runs 10 hour shifts, 5 days a week, 51 weeks a year. The Pathfinder has proven to be incredibly durable with almost no down time due to breaking down.”
Thomas goes on to say: “I had experience running a static competitors machine before the Pathfinder and I found ‘right off the bat’ that the Pathfinder was easier to use. I began training a new operator right away and he was cutting by himself in less than a week. My operator does the weekly maintenance and I have a company service team come in twice a year to keep it running smoothly. The machine takes up less room than my other static machine and it will cut circles around one”.
