Kaiser Manufacturing Inc dominates Cut and Sew with Pathfinder

We have been using a Pathfinder cutter now for years and it has become invaluable to our daily operations.

I had contemplated buying an automated cutting machine for several years prior to purchasing the Pathfinder. After looking at several competing products, I chose your machine based on its ease in operation, exceptionally strong vacuum (we cut mostly coated materials) and low maintenance costs. Many other manufacturers required us purchasing a service agreement which would have added tens of thousands of dollars annually to our operation.

Having a small business (20 employees), I was hesitant in purchasing the Pathfinder, not knowing if the estimated benefits would cover the cost of the machine. I quickly found out that the efficiencies we gained with your cutter have not only saved us time in our cutting and sewing, but also allowed us to take on additional work because of the accuracy we are able to meet. We have also reduced the amount of die cutting that was needed before having your machine, saving us thousands of dollars that would normally be spent on new dies and maintenance on those dies.

Using the Style CAD patterning software has allowed us easily store our patterns digitally, saving space that was at one time use to hold our paper patterns.

We do appreciate the quality you and your staff have engineered into this machine. We are very satisfied it’s performance on all levels – it truly has become a “workhorse” for our company.
