R.M. Williams relies on Pathfinder to grow their iconic brand

The R.M.Williams heritage dates back to 1932 when Reginald Murray Williams founded the company. Reginald himself spent years inventing and perfecting new techniques that would form the basis for the entrepreneurial, driven spirit that remains at the core of the company that bears his name.

R.M. Williams have been delighted with our purchase of a Pathfinder Cutting Machine.
The machine has been in use now for over 12 months during which we have enjoyed substantial savings in both labour and material costs within our clothing department.
Operating in a single shift the machine has averaged 176 lays per week with machine downtime minimal predominantly for stone cleaning and knife changing.

The performance of the machine has been outstanding with labour requirements halving, cutting accuracy being excellent while achieving typically an 8% improvement in fabric yield.

John Hollo and his team have been very supportive in assisting us in improving our internal processes to achieve these gains, whilst also investigating additional applications within our organisation. The Pathfinder Production Analyst has been an important part of this process monitoring and improving key performance indicators of the machine and staff.
I would highly recommend Pathfinder as an exceptional cutting machine.
