Southern Classic Seating survives thanks to Pathfinder

Southern Classic Seating, LLC purchased our Pathfinder Cutter in February, 2010. A few weeks after the installation, our cloth cutter entered the hospital to have a hip replacement. His hip replacement was a success, however, the day following his surgery he had a major heart attack as well as 2 strokes. What was supposed to be an 8-12 week medical leave became an indefinite medical leave.

Our entire collection of cut patterns had been loaded into the cutter and production continued without a hitch – our Pathfinder Cutter saved us.

The cutter is very user friendly and requires very little maintenance. We have had very little down time due to the durability of the machine as well as the quick and efficient Pathfinder support team. A technician responds within minutes of receiving a phone call preventing unnecessary “lost” time.

The purchase of this machine was without a doubt one of the best decisions that we have ever made.
